For every count students have to raise their hands (towards sky) a bit higher and utter “Jai Ho.” And for the last count they stretch their hands completely and pronounce “Maha jai jaikaar ho.” And again the count goes on from one to seven.
Benefits: This activity will boost up the energy levels of the students and will create Adhyatmic ambience around. It also helps in increasing concentration power and living together with prosperity.
